Six jobs · one line-up

Hire round-the-clock workers for the team you already have.

You are not buying a set of programs. You are hiring workers who don't sleep, don't take weekends, and take the repetitive and the night work off your people. Hire one job now, add the next when the work asks for it.

What you pay, and to whom

Once to us. After that, only your own bill.

You pay us once

For building and installing the employee in your environment. No retainer, no renewal, no licence. Your data, your knowledge base and the working system stay with you, along with the setup file and the documentation.

You set the ceiling

Cloud model usage is metered on your own provider key, with a monthly cap you set — the bill cannot go past it. Background checks run on a light model on purpose: there are many of them, and the cost of one cycle decides the economics.

Or remove it entirely

A local model on your own hardware means no per-request cost at all, and nothing leaves your premises. Calls go through your own telephony.

What that bill actually looks like. For a small team: the on-call watch stays under $50 a month, the incident detective under $100 on a modest infrastructure, document search around $50. The troubleshooting assistant runs wider, $50 to $500, depending on how many engineers ask it and how much log data goes into each answer. Where hundreds of people use the system every day, expect several hundred. This is our engineer's estimate from build experience, not a measurement taken at a live client — we say so plainly.

Questions we get asked

Before you write

Am I buying software, or a worker?

The work a person has been doing until now. We build the system for your case, install it in your environment and hand it over with the setup file and the documentation.

What does it cost?

It depends on the job and the scope. Entry tiers run from $400 to $900 depending on which employee you hire. Middle and top tiers go higher; the very top tier of the incident detective is priced by scope, because every executable action is built and tested for one specific environment.

What do I pay you after launch?

Nothing. No retainer, no renewal, no licence. A monthly care plan exists and is optional.

Where does it run, and whose data is it?

In your environment: your server or your cloud account. Your data, your knowledge base and the working system stay with you. A fully local model on your own hardware is available — then nothing leaves your premises at all.

Can it break something in our systems?

It only reads from your systems. What goes out are messages and calls. Only the incident detective can act, after a person presses the button and only through a list of operations you agree in advance — purpose-built scripts, never free-form commands.

What do you need from us?

Read access to whatever the employee has to see; your written material — runbooks, policies, help articles, past answers; and one person on your side who answers questions or takes handoffs.

We run a different stack. Will it work?

Sources are connected in place and the working order is tuned to your environment. What exactly, and at what scope, is settled before we start rather than discovered along the way.

How long does it take?

Between ten and forty-five days, depending on the job and the tier. The exact date comes in writing, together with the scope and the price.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. Name the scenario and we show a working sample built on it, usually within two business days.

Do you stay after launch?

The system runs without us — that is the design. If you want tuning and further development, that is a separate monthly service.
